Shipped by NZ Post Couriers
Shipping is a flat subsidised rate of $7.50 throughout NZ for all orders. Rural Delivery will now be $12.00 This extra payment of $4.50 will need to be paid separately to the website ordering system as there is no facility for that as yet. Details on how to do this are listed on your receipt. This amount is to be paid before RD parcels will be sent out. FREE Delivery is available for any order of $150.00 or over.
If you are local to Howick, Auckland and would like to collect your order please email me or Text 021 458 687 to arrange a suitable time to pickup. (We would then refund the $7.50 Delivery fee which is automatically allocated to all orders under $150.00)
All items are sent via NZ Post Couriers and are tracked. Most parcels are delivered within 1-2 days. Please allow extra time for RD parcels. There is no Saturday Delivery option - sorry.
Items are wrapped with care and are covered in bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard before sending.
Missing Parcels - In conjunction with NZ Post Couriers all endeavors will be made to locate missing parcels. (NB this is a very rare occurrence to date) If parcels are not found then Claim procedure will be initiated with NZ Post Couriers and either a credit offered or new product sent out if available. Please notify Serendipity Beads in a timely fashion if a parcel has not arrived. Please do not leave it too long to contact us as the longer it is left the harder it is to find the parcel. Usually within a week.
If a customer provides incorrect address and a parcel goes missing as a result of this, no liability is held by Serendipity Beads. Serendipity Beads reserves the right in this case not to refund money on lost parcels. Please ensure correct delivery address and phone number are given at time of order.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please do let us know and we will do all we can to either replace product or offer you a credit against your order to be used the next time you shop with us.
Faulty products will need to be returned to Serendipity Beads within 7 days of receipt. A credit or replacement will be issued or sent after product has been received at Serendipity Beads.
